Almond Coconut Cardamom Cookies


Deliciously crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Comforting and nourishing!

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cup almond flour

1/3 cup almond butter (I used crunchy but smooth should also work)

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/8 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/4 tsp ground cardamom

1/4 cup water


Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, roll into balls, add to baking sheet and flatten a bit with your hands to get a cookie format. Bake for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
